Every pregnancy is a voyage of discovery, not only for you and your baby, but for your body, your mind, your emotions and your spirit.  Yoga can prove to be a wonderful way to explore the changing territory as you move towards birth and motherhood. It can also become an invaluable tool to take with you into parenthood and beyond ….

Whether this is your first pregnancy, or you have been pregnant before, the practice of Yoga can help you to maintain optimum health throughout your pregnancy and can help to prepare you physically and mentally for the birth of your baby. 


Join me for wonderfully relaxing and strengthening pregnancy yoga classes – stretch your body, still your mind, refresh your soul and meet other pregnant women in a relaxed and nurturing
environment.

I am fully trained in Pregnancy Yoga, and all classes are specifically designed for this special time.

All classes include posture work, breathing exercises, deep relaxation and time a bit of social bonding! If you have your own yoga mat you may want to bring this along, but don't worry as I do lay out mats ready for everyone. Everything else provided - just bring yourself and your bump!
