Meditation & Deep Relaxation
These very small group specialised sessions take place in the Blissful Living Studio. Classes combine
a short guided meditation with a much longer deep relaxation or Yoga Nidra in order to encourage the deepest of relaxation
and healing. Yoga Nidra can be helpful for those who suffer from chronic anxiety, stress, depression and chronic pain.
